Monks is seeking a Strategy Manager to lead the finding, analysis, and activation of live cultural insights that power our real-time brand strategies. This role will oversee the team responsible for transforming cultural signals into content and campaign opportunities that keep our brands relevant and connected to their audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic vision for real-time insights, integrating cultural analysis and trend forecasting.
- Design processes and frameworks to convert data into immediate creative actions.
- Partner with data, media, and creative directors to maximize cultural impact.
- Represent the insights function to key clients, presenting opportunities and results.
- Drive innovation in monitoring methodologies
Background & Skills
- 10+ years in cultural research, data analysis, or strategic planning.
- Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
- Exceptional synthesis and storytelling skills for insights.
- Advanced English and global cultural awareness.
