About the Role

As a UAT Test Lead, you’ll drive end-to-end user acceptance testing for complex enterprise initiatives, partnering with business stakeholders and engineering teams to translate requirements into effective test plans that ensure solutions meet real-world needs—especially in contexts involving sensitive data, privacy, and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead UAT strategy, planning, and execution across multiple workstreams
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into UAT scope, test scenarios, and acceptance criteria
  • Develop, manage, and optimize test plans, test cases, and traceability matrices
  • Coordinate test cycles, triage defects, and drive resolution with engineering and product teams
  • Facilitate stakeholder reviews, sign-offs, and production readiness decisions
  • Establish test metrics, dashboards, and reporting for leadership visibility
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to balance priorities and meet deadlines
  • Champion quality best practices and continuous improvement across processes and tools
  • Safeguard sensitive or confidential information during all test activities
  • Other duties as assigned

About You

Qualifications & Skills

  • 7+ years of relevant work experience in UAT, QA, or product validation for enterprise software
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills with business and engineering stakeholders
  • Proven experience in requirements analysis and translation into UAT scope and test cases
  • Hands-on expertise in test planning, test case management, and defect lifecycle management
  • Proficiency with test management and tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Zephyr, TestRail, Azure DevOps, or similar)
  • Ability to prioritize, manage multiple workstreams, and meet deadlines in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; B2+ English level
  • Experience handling sensitive or confidential information is a plus
  • Familiarity with legal processes, privacy, or compliance regulations preferred but not required
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and user-focused mindset
