As a Media Specialist, you will play a fundamental role in the daily activation and execution of digital paid media campaigns. Your responsibilities will include hands-on-keyboard activation of digital channels—inclusive of tagging, trafficking, and initial buying—ensuring the correct usage of platforms to achieve media and business goals.

In this role, you will focus on tactical execution and planning support, ensuring consistency and governance around platform usage. You will actively support all ongoing campaign building, buying, optimization, and reporting efforts.

Successful team members in this role will demonstrate the ability to execute and support media efforts for clients, working individually on assigned tasks and in strong collaboration with other team members.

Your role is crucial in supporting the workflow and ensuring timely and effective delivery across various teams, such as strategy, media activation, analytics, partner representatives, client teams, account leads, and creative partners. You will foster a collaborative mindset and maintain a high attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Execute campaigns and adjacent tasks in accordance with best practices and client needs.
  • Monitor pacing and gather data to assist in analysis and insight generation for reports.
  • Conduct administrative and data management tasks as assigned by the Manager.
  • Support report reviews to confirm accuracy and identify initial opportunities.
  • Assist in translating media briefs into practical and tangible execution tasks.
  • Collaborate across activation teams to ensure media plans have realistic execution potential.
  • Maintain accountability for completing and delivering plan outputs on time and in line with client briefs.
  • Participate in client reporting and insight sessions to understand the effective translation of media activities to business objectives.
  • Control and track assigned budgets.

Qualifications 

  • At least 2 years of experience in paid digital media.
  • Solid Operational Knowledge: Hands-on experience managing and activating campaigns in digital platforms (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok and other Ad Servers/DSPs).
  • Operational and analytical profile.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to ensure project timelines.
  • Demonstrated experience in data extraction and using insights to inform campaign performance.
  • Proactive mindset, with the capacity to anticipate common needs and requests based on evolving client needs.
  • Understanding of marketplace dynamics and the ability to execute the evaluation of offerings and capabilities.

Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge of media tools (AdMetrics, SimilarWeb, Supermetrics, FanPage Karma, Emplify, Comscore.).
  • Basic/intermediate English (writing/reading for internal and external reports).
