We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Semi-Senior Motion Designer who finds as much beauty in a perfectly organized project file as they do in a smooth animation. In this role, your primary mission is to act as the architect of our visual output. You won’t just be creating videos; you will be building the engines that allow our global campaigns to live across dozens of languages and formats with surgical precision.

You are the bridge between high-end design and massive-scale execution. While you will develop original creative assets, your core focus is on the technical craft of localization, template architecture, and AI-driven automation using the Google ecosystem.

Core Responsibilities

• Master Template Architecture: Design and "bulletproof" complex After Effects templates. You will ensure that layouts, typography, and timings adapt intelligently to varying text lengths and localized content via Expressions and Essential Graphics.
• Precision Localization: Own the end-to-end technical rollout of global campaigns. You will ensure every regional variation is frame-perfect, managing the nuances of different languages and cultural formats with an obsessive eye for detail.
• Workflow Automation: Champion the use of AI-assisted tools to eliminate manual tasks. You will connect data feeds (Sheets/CSV) to creative templates to trigger high-volume renders with minimal manual intervention.
• Asset Scaling & QA: Maintain rigorous organizational standards across massive asset libraries. You are the final line of defense, ensuring that every export—regardless of the quantity—meets our exact technical and brand specifications.
• Strategic Creative Development: Design the foundational "Hero" motion assets that serve as the blueprint for our automated systems, ensuring they are built from the ground up for scalability.

Your Technical Mindset

• The Architect: You believe a project is only as good as its structure. You prioritize clean hierarchies, strict naming conventions, and scalable workflows.
• The Logic Specialist: You have a deep command of After Effects Expressions and scripting, using them to solve layout challenges before they occur.
• The Google Power-User: You are comfortable navigating Google Workspace, and leveraging Gemini/AI tools to optimize creative production.
• Detail Obsessed: You are someone who naturally spots a 1-pixel misalignment or a slight tracking inconsistency across 100+ localized banners.

Experience & Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in an agency or fast-paced in-house creative team.
• A portfolio demonstrating high-end motion work alongside examples of dynamic/programmatic creative projects.
• Proven track record of managing "Creative at Scale" (localizing content for multiple regions or AB testing).
• A "hacker" mindset—always looking for a way to automate a repetitive task.
