As an Art Director/Designer, you’ll have a hand in designing various digital marketing communications for one of our high-profile tech clients. You are comfortable collaborating with clients, have an acute attention to detail, a great eye, a love of concept-driven work, and are passionate about beautiful, functional, innovative design and presentation work.

What you’ll do:

• Create high-quality visual designs, from concept to execution, for digital ads,
  social media, presentations, and out-of-home 
• Communicate effectively in a cross-functional team
• Take creative direction from creative leads on various projects
• Maintain consistent creative quality in deliverables
• Work on multiple projects concurrently and manage varying deadlines
• Be a standard bearer for our culture and values

Who we’re looking for: 

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an art director or within a design capacity
• An online portfolio showing both concept and design-driven digital work
• The ideal candidate is a go-getter who jumps on new opportunities, has impeccable design and typography skills, and works fast and flexibly to get the job done while maintaining
  acute attention to detail
• Proficiency in digital design tools; Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma
• Solid understanding of typography, illustration, and layout; making things look beautiful
  comes naturally to you
• Experience designing within presentation software and platforms: Google Slides, Microsoft PowerPoint, Apple Keynote, AI tools (midjourney, gemini, firefly)
• Experience working with templates and the creation of them
• Familiarity with Google Suite and Monday or other project management tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team
• Ability to interpret and follow brand guidelines
• Familiarity with music industry and trends is a plus
• Strong communication skills required (effective and efficient)
