Position Overview

We are seeking a Mid-level Marketing Cloud Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions on the Marketing Cloud platform. 

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize email templates, automation workflows, and journeys within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data segmentation and personalization
• Implement AMPScript for dynamic content and personalization
• Maintain data integrations and ensure data integrity
• Troubleshoot and resolve automation issues
• Stay updated on Marketing Cloud features and best practices
• Test email templates, journeys, automations, and scripts thoroughly to ensure functionality and deliverability
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation for development processes.
• Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Proficiency in AMPScript and SQL
• Strong understanding of email marketing and automation concepts
• Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical team members
• Knowledge of Data Extensions, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Journey Builder
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
• Understanding of data modeling
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Administrator, Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Developer
• Familiarity with APIs and data integrations
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Experience with HTML/CSS/JavaScript
