As a Influencer Campaign Manager at Monks, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns for a diverse range of clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns meet client objectives, drive engagement, and achieve measurable results. Your exceptional project management and communication skills will be key in delivering successful campaigns that enhance brand visibility and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive campaign strategies that align with client objectives, target audiences, and market trends.
- Oversee the execution of campaigns across various channels, collaborating with creative, media, and production teams to ensure seamless integration.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and insights on campaign progress and performance.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, using insights to optimize ongoing campaigns and inform future strategies.
- Manage campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources while meeting financial objectives.
- Identify challenges and provide effective solutions to ensure successful campaign delivery and client satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and audience insights to enhance campaign strategies.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in campaign management, marketing, or a related field, ideally within an agency environment.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively.
- Proficient in analyzing campaign performance data and translating insights into actionable strategies for improvement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
