Monks is looking for a Paid Media Analyst to join at the best team dedicated to analyzing and consolidating campaign data to produce performance reports and optimization recommendations.
Data Analysis, Optimization and Reporting
- Consolidate data from disparate platforms to create and maintain unified performance reports that inform strategic decision-making for Paid Media Strategists and senior management.
- Perform regular and ad-hoc deep-dive investigations into performance anomalies or specific campaign challenges, providing data-driven hypotheses and recommendations.
- Support the team with campaign performance forecasting and budget modeling based on historical data and analysis.
- Conduct analysis of paid media campaign data, including search query reports, audience segmentation, placement performance, and conversion path analysis, to aid DMMs in their day-to-day optimization tasks.
- Aiding Strategists in making channel and audience based decisions for new campaigns.
- Collaborate with the broader Analytics team to ensure data collection methodologies and taxonomies are consistently applied and aligned with overall business objectives.
Automation and Process Management
- Work alongside the technical Analytics team to develop, implement, and maintain custom scripts using Google Ads Scripts, Python, or other relevant languages to automate critical and repetitive paid media management tasks.
- Implement automated solutions for tasks including, but not limited to, bid management, budget pacing monitoring, performance alert systems, large-scale ad copy analysis, and negative keyword implementation.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, reduce manual reporting time, and enhance campaign performance through the application of new automation technologies and methodologies.
- Document all created scripts, tools, and automated processes to ensure scalability, future maintenance, and team-wide understanding.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in a hands-on paid media or digital analytics role.
- Deep, practical knowledge of Google Ads (House Ads desirable).
- Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), including custom reporting and data exploration.
- Strong experience with data visualization and data presentation.
- Able to ‘show’ our clients the story within their data and explain it in clear terms.
- An analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and a passion for solving complex problems with data.

- Experience working at global companies
