About the Role

As a Bilingual Account Coordinator, you'll learn and know the agency structure, roles of each discipline, and the agency by performing multiple functions in conjunction with other team members. They will support Account Managers and Sr. Account Managers across all workflows, supporting the organization of the work, information sharing, and the launch of our creative. You are the backbone of the agency. 

You will be encouraged and expected to be intimately familiar with the client’s brand, product, and competitors, and will regularly share trend updates to team members for team education. You will be seen as a trusted resource for information and updates by both the internal team and client team, therefore inherent curiosity about marketing, human behavior, creative, production and business is a must.

The Bilingual Account Coordinator will be taught all aspects of media, creative development, production and data analysis for a full experience of Monks.

Responsibilities:

  • Attends internal meetings relating to the brand/project 
  • Ensures that all materials are prepared in advance for both internal and client meetings
  • If attending the meeting (either in person or over the phone), takes detailed notes and distribute a meeting recap, reviewed by other Monks stakeholders, within 24 hours 
  • Books conference rooms, tests equipment in advance and ensures meeting tech is prepared and distributed
  • Coordinates agency and client schedules and sends meeting invite (if asked)
  • Works closely with the Finance team to open job numbers, ensure estimates are approved, ensure billing and payment are timely, finalize bills and close jobs 
  • Coordinates with legal counsel and is able to interpret and relay legal POV to team
  • Keeps an organized folder on the shared server with all facets of the project, so that finding all documents is quick and intuitive 

 

About You

Monks has provided a compensation range that represents its good faith estimate of what Monks may pay for the position at the time of posting. Monks may ultimately pay more or less than the posted compensation range. The salary offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on job-related factors, but not based on a candidate’s sex or any other protected status.
