About the Role:
We are seeking a highly talented and creative Motion Designer to elevate our digital presence through captivating motion graphics, engaging videos, and innovative assets. You will bring ideas to life in a way that resonates across diverse brands, channels, and audiences, pushing visual boundaries and setting new standards for digital content. This role offers an exciting opportunity to craft visually stunning assets that inspire, inform, and engage viewers on social media and beyond.
Responsibilities:
- Specialise in designing digital marketing assets predominantly for social media channels.
- Ensure designs align with project expectations, platform specifications, and target audience needs.
- Translate creative briefs into comprehensive designs.
- Push creative boundaries to develop innovative digital designs and aesthetics.
- Create style proposals, sketches, and mockups to initiate new projects.
- Set and maintain design styles, ensuring consistency across formats.
- Ensure designs adhere to guidelines and are pixel-perfect in any dimension.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and creative leads to produce high-quality integrated visual designs.
- Manage the design process, providing fresh perspectives and solutions to enhance work quality.
- Attend brand events and design live coverage content for social platforms in collaboration with creative teams.
- Amend content in response to feedback.
About You:
The essentials:
- 3+ years of experience as a designer, focusing on digital designs and advertising materials.
- Mastery of modern design and prototyping tools, with strong organisational skills for files and folders.
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with teams, proactive in providing design expertise.
- Experience with all stages of the design process, from concept to final layout execution.
- Ability to create balanced and visually appealing layouts.
- Solid understanding of design fundamentals such as typography, interaction design, flow, and storytelling.
- Proficiency in presenting designs effectively to colleagues and stakeholders.
Not a must, but a plus:
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
- Personal use of social media, active across a multitude of platforms.
