We are looking for a Payroll Monk to join our amazing local Finance team. The team goes to the office 2 times a week in Colegiales
Responsibilities
- Analyze and support inquiries from Legislation/Tax/Accounting.
- Analyze accuracy of bonus and vacation provisions, employee advances, etc.
- Work closely with our HR to make sure the monthly changes are collected and processed perfectly. Staying up to date with laws and regulations and ensuring our payroll processes are compliant
- Reporting. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all data reporting and payroll transactions. Validate payroll information and provide payroll information to internal teams on a monthly and ad-hoc basis.
Requirements
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge: You’ll bring a comprehensive understanding of payroll ‘best practices’ and can explain a payslip in detail.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization skills
- On-point computer skills: including the use of Excel as an analytical and reporting tool.
- Team player - you enjoy interdepartmental collaboration and working and problem solving for our Monks.
