Overview

As a Project Manager at Monks, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact projects for a diverse range of clients. Your expertise in project management and your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (from creative to analytical teams) will be essential in ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. You will play a key role in driving project success while maintaining strong client relationships,  while ensuring alignment with the company's quality standards and client expectations. 

This role demands a blend of project management expertise, strategic insight, operational efficiency, team leadership, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement in delivery processes.

Key Responsibilitie

• Lead the planning and execution of multiple projects, coordinating resources and timelines to ensure successful delivery.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with creative, strategy, and production teams to ensure cohesive project execution and alignment with client objectives.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and deliverables.
• Monitor project budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets.
• Ensure that all project outputs meet Monks’ high-quality standards and align with client expectations.
• Continuously identify opportunities to enhance project management processes and improve team efficiency.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage clients and internal teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to navigate challenges and implement effective solutions.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com) and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
• Must speak English fluently. Spanish is nice to have!
