Monks Mexico is searching for a fine new Senior Integrated Producer. We’re looking to hire someone to work with account and creative teams, as agency producer, in charge of all kinds of film, content & social content and any kind of project that our cool brands demand, including event coordination, stunts, experiential actions and their visual testimony.
Role & Responsibilities
- As part of our lovely Mexican team, you’ll work with Account and Creative teams and brands to be the interpreter and coordinator of productions, including high-end commercials and other video-based social content productions, mostly for digital and occasionally for TV, experiential productions and whatever crazy ideas arrive at the table. You are a producer, you are a maker.
- You’ll have the chance to coordinate productions from briefing concept all through to post-production — carried out with the local, regional and global teams, both internal from Monks and external vendors.
- You’re responsible for delivering terrific projects (and business results), ensuring each content project you create looks as advertised by coordinating internal teams, being a facilitator to ideas to come true.
- You have an integrated way of work, in every intake you understand the best potencial the project can have in terms of production, and how to make it grow. If it's a film brief, turn it into an integrated production with content delivery and if it's a stunt, expand it with a cool videocase.
- You are responsible for production design, quoting and coordination. Woking side by side with account teams in terms of business and client fronting, and with creative in terms of ideas. Besides, you´ll work with internal hard production teams or external vendors if needed. You are the magic person that enables smooth processes.
- Together with our creatives and Accounts Monks, you’ll also play a key role in bidding for new projects and the development of content & social content treatments and production proposals.
- You’ll assess and elevate the feasibility of concepts and production plans, always making sure that the work aligns with the client’s brief and budget, Understanding the best deliverable with the client's budget in a competitive range in your local market.
- You’re responsible for scoping and quoting projects as well as timing and planning production work. You are able to manage simultaneous projects.
- You establish what gets done and when (SOWs), making sure projects are profitable and doable, with realistic targets and deadlines.
Requirements
- We’re looking for a producer with 3 years of production experience at an Agency
- You know how to understand a brief, understand a client and account lead and a creative team. You then know how to produce film & content assets for social always on inside out and design the correct plan and make it happen.
- You are confident in creating the best production design for a project, debating ideas with account managers and creative teams.
- You're a teamworker, your expertise is production, you lean on your accounts teams to face clients relationships and jump in with precision when producer is needed.
- You overcome, oversee and conquer: instead of freaking out, you are freaking good with stressful situations that define the life of a producer.
- You are capable of taking care of simultaneous projects.
- In addition to a relentless drive to produce the best creative work, a good knowledge of pre- and post production workflow is integral to star in this role.
- English is a must! You will be working with global teams on a daily basis.
