About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Producer to manage the planning and delivery of high-quality integrated projects. This role involves guiding projects from initial brief and quote to final delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will be the central point of contact, working closely with clients, creative teams, and internal and external partners to coordinate all aspects of production. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of various production disciplines, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for delivering innovative solutions. You will be working with high-volume adaptation work rather than expecting high-level creative pre-production or shoots. You’ll play a vital role in bringing ideas to life and contributing to the success of a dynamic, collaborative agency environment.
Responsibilities:
- Steward projects from initial client briefing through to launch, ensuring seamless execution at every stage.
- Collaborate closely with the Business Manager to accurately scope, budget, and deliver client requests.
- Initiate new projects by engaging the right teams and responding effectively to client briefs, RFPs, and partnership opportunities.
- Provide leadership during the briefing and production phases, acting as the pace-setter and problem solver to deliver exceeding expectations.
- Coordinate internal teams and external vendors, aligning resources to ensure efficient project flow.
- Scope, quote, and plan projects, establishing clear timelines, budgets, and deadlines
- Assist in establishing project profitability and realistic targets to meet business goals.
- Support ongoing business growth by managing client relationships and identifying new opportunities.
- Stay informed about industry trends, new technologies, and creative innovations to enhance project quality.
- Manage multiple projects across disciplines and deadlines, maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.
About You:
The Essentials:
- 5+ years of experience producing high-end digital campaigns, online videos, live events, or similar projects within an agency or production environment.
- Comfortable with high-volume adaptation work rather than expecting high-level creative pre-production or shoots
- Hands-on experience in managing the full production lifecycle, from brief to final delivery.
- Strong knowledge of production techniques across digital, e-commerce, shopper, broadcast, and film.
- Proven ability to develop and manage budgets, schedules, and client relationships.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a proactive, problem-solving approach.
- Confident in managing high-stakes accounts and proposing strategic next steps.
- Deep understanding of the digital landscape, brand objectives, and audience engagement.
- Passionate about innovation and technology, with an ability to incorporate new solutions into projects.
- A collaborative team player capable of coordinating efforts across teams, disciplines, and geographies.
- Strategic thinker focused on creating long-term partnerships and delivering exceptional results.
Not a Must, But a Plus:
- Background in production on global or multicultural campaigns.
- Strong understanding of sustainability practices in production processes.
