About the Role
As an AI Engineer, you’ll design and deliver high-impact AI solutions that showcase measurable value across digital operations. You’ll lead 1 to 2 flagship initiatives, spanning LLM apps, chatbots, and workflow automation to demonstrate ROI and inform 2026 budget planning, partnering with cross-functional teams and external providers to scale outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI workflows and automation for priority business use cases
- Develop and deploy LLM applications and chatbot systems end to end
- Build GenAI-powered email/template generation and dynamic content tools
- Apply prompt engineering techniques for high-quality, context-aware outputs
- Create proof-of-concepts for 2–3 high-priority use cases and iterate rapidly
- Develop applications using Python and Next.js; integrate with the EG data platform
- Leverage AWS services to deliver scalable, secure AI deployments
- Translate designs into automated code solutions and reusable components
- Implement automated QA/testing pipelines using AI tools
- Partner with marketing to generate tailored, campaign-ready content
- Automate processes across email marketing, template generation, and workflows
- Collaborate with external partners/proprietary services to extend automation
- Other duties as assigned
About You
Qualifications & Skills
- 3+ years of relevant AI/ML engineering experience with shipped products
- Strong expertise in Generative AI technologies and LLM application development
- Advanced Python programming skills; proficiency with Next.js
- Hands-on experience building and deploying LLMs and chatbots
- Proficiency with AI workflow/orchestration and automation tools
- Experience with AWS cloud services for AI/ML workloads
- Knowledge of prompt engineering strategies and evaluation techniques
- Background in automated testing/QA using AI tooling
- Experience collaborating with marketing and operations stakeholders
- Familiarity with the EG data platform and design-to-code automation (preferred)
- Strong problem-solving, rapid prototyping, and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize, deliver fast, and iterate based on feedback and metrics
