About the Role
As a Front-End Engineer, you’ll craft performant, accessible, and responsive web experiences for high-visibility digital products. You’ll collaborate with product, design, and platform teams to build scalable UI components and features, bringing modern front-end practices to life for enterprise-scale initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and optimize responsive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Implement features with modern frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js)
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility, accessibility, and performance best practices
- Collaborate with designers and back-end engineers to define and deliver end-to-end solutions
- Write clean, maintainable code with thoughtful component architecture and state management
- Participate in code reviews; uphold coding standards and best practices
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve UI issues across environments
- Contribute to sprint planning, releases, and continuous improvement
- Other duties as assigned
About You
Qualifications & Skills
- 3–5 years of relevant front-end development experience
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS (incl. preprocessors or CSS-in-JS), and JavaScript (ES6+)
- Experience with a modern JavaScript framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js)
- Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and cross-browser behavior
- Familiarity with version control (Git) and collaborative workflows
- Experience integrating with APIs and working with JSON/REST
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ownership mindset
- Effective communicator; able to partner with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Nice to have:
- Experience with streaming applications (VOD, live streaming, real-time delivery), media playback, performance optimization, and streaming protocols
- Familiarity with DataDog or similar monitoring/observability tools
- Experience guiding teammates on best practices, contributing to standards, and supporting release planning, bug fixing, and feature delivery
