About the Role

As a Senior Backend Developer / Fullstack Engineer, you’ll architect and deliver scalable, high-performance services and web applications for enterprise initiatives. You’ll lead with Go on the backend, contribute to modern React/Next.js frontends, and help shape cloud-native, event-driven platforms that power mission-critical products.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain resilient backend services and APIs in Go (Golang)
• Engineer secure, well-documented RESTful APIs with robust auth and data models
• Develop production-grade frontends using React.js and Next.js with TypeScript
• Implement serverless and event-driven patterns; integrate third-party services
• Model and optimize data across SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) stores
• Containerize services with Docker and orchestrate workloads using Kubernetes
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams; perform code reviews and mentor peers
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize performance, reliability, and cost
• Contribute to DevOps practices, operational excellence, and documentation
• Other duties as assigned

About You

Qualifications & Skills

• 5+ years of relevant work experience with a strong backend focus
• Expert in Go (Golang) for building scalable, high-performance services
• Proficient in React.js, Next.js, HTML5, CSS3 (Flexbox/Grid), JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript
• Experience with Node.js in production environments
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design, authentication, and data modeling
• Experience with serverless architectures and event-driven systems
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation) and DevOps practices
• Strong skills with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
• Comfortable with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development workflows
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills; fluent in English (written and spoken)

Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience deploying cloud-native applications in AWS
• Contributions to open-source projects, technical blogs, or developer communities
