Community Manager

Nesta função, você definirá e implementará campanhas de mídia social e comunicação para alinhar-se com as estratégias de comunicação. Além disso, nossa pessoa candidata ideal é proativa, rápida e flexível, que aproveita novas oportunidades para criar um trabalho impactante.

Principais Responsabilidades

  • Manter-se atualizado com as tendências da tecnologia digital;
  • Definir e implementar campanhas de mídia social e comunicação para alinhar-se com as estratégias de marketing;
  • Trabalhar em calendários de conteúdo e executá-los, incluindo a publicação pontual de posts em mídias sociais;
  • Fornecer conteúdo de texto, imagem e vídeo envolvente para as contas de mídia social.
  • Monitorar e relatar feedback e avaliações online em várias plataformas de mídia social.
  • Organizar e participar de eventos para construir comunidade e aumentar a conscientização da marca;
  • Coordenar com as equipes de Marketing, Relações Públicas e Comunicação para garantir a consistência da marca;
  • Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com estrategistas de dados para fornecer relatórios mensais e trimestrais e oportunidades de otimização;
  • Auxiliar em relatórios semanais e mensais (Orgânico + análise de sentimento) e análise competitiva;
  • Realizar escuta social (Social listening);
  • Trabalhar colaborativamente com estratégia social, gerenciamento de contas e criativos para garantir que os canais de mídia social estejam sempre alinhados à marca.
  • Analisar diariamente a conversa em torno da marca;
  • Saber como realizar análises sobre a marca, desenvolvendo resultados eficazes para os KPIs do cliente.

Experiência e Habilidades

  • Conhecimento das boas práticas de mídia social em termos de formatos e tom de voz;
  • Capacidade de identificar e acompanhar métricas relevantes da comunidade;
  • Conhecimento de métricas, ferramentas de escuta social e relatórios digitais;
  • Conhecimento em gerenciamento de CMSs;
  • Conhecimento do mercado de Entretenimento + consumidor;
  • Experiência no desenvolvimento ou implementação de estratégias de gerenciamento de comunidade;
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicação verbal;
  • Excelentes habilidades de escrita.
