About the Role
As a Business Analyst, you’ll support legal specialists who manage incoming law enforcement data requests, ensuring requests move seamlessly through internal case management systems, troubleshooting issues, and serving as the first line to distinguish technical problems from procedural gaps.
Responsibilities
- Maintain, monitor, and optimize request workflows in case management systems
- Troubleshoot and triage system issues; escalate appropriately; separate technical defects from process issues
- Document recurring issues; partner with product management on requirements and improvements
- Prepare summaries, reports, and metrics on volumes, SLAs, and response times
- Identify workflow gaps and recommend process and system enhancements
- Ensure secure handling of sensitive information per privacy policies and compliance standards
- Collaborate with legal, compliance, product, and operations stakeholders
- Other duties as assigned
About You
Qualifications & Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in operations, system support, or legal/administrative support
- Proficiency with workflow and case management tools
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; ability to differentiate system errors from process gaps
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and task prioritization under tight deadlines
- Clear written and verbal communication; ability to produce metrics and summaries for stakeholders
- Experience working with sensitive/confidential data a plus
- Familiarity with legal processes, privacy, or compliance regulations preferred
