About the Role

We’re seeking a talented and experienced Senior Social Creative to help elevate and carry the craft of our social output across the UK, EMEA, and Global accounts. In this role, you’ll be a key creative force behind ideas that feel native to platforms while remaining grounded in brand and strategic clarity across markets. You bring exceptionally high standards for craft, a sharp eye for art direction, and the creative judgment to know when something is ready to leave the building and when it isn’t.

You have a proactive, culturally aware, creative instinct. You understand trends and cultural moments, but more importantly, you understand which ones translate across regions and which remain local. You think conceptually and execute with precision, ensuring the work performs while maintaining consistency and integrity at scale. You’re collaborative by nature, confident in your point of view, and comfortable shaping and refining ideas with others to make the work stronger. You’re equally comfortable owning projects independently and raising the bar without requiring constant senior oversight.

You’ll partner closely with the Creative Director and Group Creative Director, contributing to the overall creative vision while owning and elevating social ideas day to day. You’ll work hand-in-hand with strategy, account, production, and other discipline leads to deliver work that is platform-savvy, brand-aligned, and effective across multiple markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Based in London, you’ll join a team guided by our UK-based GCD, supporting UK, EMEA, and Global workstreams.
  • Collaborate closely with other creatives, designers, animators, and developers, as well as PMs, operations managers, and Monks across regions.
  • Develop strong, social-first creative concepts from reactive moments to larger brand initiatives across platforms and digital channels.
  • Translate cultural signals and insights into brand-relevant ideas that work locally while scaling globally where required.
  • Contribute to projects and pitches, helping shape and sell ideas for B2C brand content, social media, influencer, AI, AR, and campaign work.
  • Own projects independently from concept through execution, ensuring clarity, consistency, and craft at every stage.
  • Create work that goes beyond the brief, delivering what the campaign needs, not just what was asked for, with strong art direction and attention to detail.
  • Partner with designers to produce visually compelling decks and presentations aligned with strategic and creative objectives.
  • Work across multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high creative standards.
  • Stay aware of platform changes and evolving social behaviours across markets, identifying opportunities thoughtfully rather than reactively.

About You

The essentials:

  • 7–10+ years of B2C experience in a senior creative role, with a strong focus on social-first and digital marketing.
  • Experience working across multiple markets (UK, EMEA, or Global), understanding how social work scales and adapts regionally.
  • Deep understanding of the social media landscape platforms, formats, creators, and best practices with the judgment to apply them appropriately across regions.
  • Strong conceptual thinker with a refined eye for art direction and craft.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently raise the quality of work without constant senior oversight.
  • Experience collaborating with Influencer Managers and creators to develop content that feels native and brand-aligned.
  • Social-first in approach, with ideas that can scale beyond organic into paid, experiential, or broader campaigns.
  • Comfortable leveraging insights and data to strengthen creative thinking.
  • Ability to think clearly and contribute constructively throughout the entire creative process, from concept to execution.
  • Confident giving and receiving feedback, always focused on elevating the work.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and calm in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, able to clearly articulate ideas and creative rationale.
  • Collaborative mindset, working seamlessly across disciplines to simplify complexity into compelling creative output.

Not a must, but a plus:

  • A sharp instinct for spotting emerging trends and knowing which ones translate globally.
  • Experience working with AI or emerging tools to enhance creative development.
  • A proactive mindset with the confidence to suggest improvements and push standards.
  • Positive energy and steady presence that strengthen the wider team.
