About the Role
As a Technical Project Manager, you’ll drive end-to-end delivery of software projects by aligning day-to-day execution with business objectives—bringing clarity to scope, timelines, risks, and resourcing while ensuring outcomes meet both technical requirements and commercial expectations.
Responsibilities
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and release plans to support on-time delivery
- Coordinate communication, documentation, and task management across Product, Engineering, QA, and external stakeholders
- Maintain actionable backlogs, tickets, and delivery artifacts (e.g., Jira boards, Confluence documentation)
- Proactively identify, track, and mitigate risks, dependencies, and blockers; create contingency plans as needed
- Escalate critical issues early and provide risk assessments and trade-off scenarios to guide leadership decisions
- Deliver clear reporting, dashboards, and status updates tailored to technical and business audiences
- Track and report project financials including revenue, costs, and margins; monitor overall financial health
- Support invoicing accuracy and ensure alignment between billing milestones and delivery progress
- Manage scope changes while protecting core project goals and delivery commitments
- Balance competing priorities and optimize resource allocation in a fast-paced environment
- Other duties as assigned
About You
Qualifications & Skills
- 5+ years of experience managing cross-functional technical/software projects from initiation through delivery
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery methods (Scrum and/or Kanban) and modern software development lifecycles
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, and/or Smartsheet
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to track and communicate margins, revenue, costs, and project health
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to adapt messaging for technical and business stakeholders
- English level: B2+
