Senior Project Manager (Localization)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven Account Manager to join our team, dedicated to supporting the localization efforts for one of our key tech clients. In this role, you will be instrumental in partnering with internal agency teams, client marketing partners, and external language service providers to effectively bring enablement assets to global markets through seamless localization workflows. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, expertly balancing multiple projects and demonstrating exceptional organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end localization process for a variety of marketing content and creative assets. This encompasses estimating projects, project initiation, vendor engagement, delivery oversight, and ensuring linguistic and cultural accuracy.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day communications with the client regarding localization projects, providing regular updates and addressing any localization-related inquiries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client teams, internal agency teams, and other agency partners.
- Proactively address and resolve linguistic queries from translators, providing clear guidance and ensuring high-quality translations.
- Maintain organization of digital assets ensuring easy access and version control.
- Provide clear and concise project updates, including progress on milestones and any potential roadblocks, to the team manager.
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in a fast paced client side or agency marketing team with knowledge of the fundamentals of marketing practices
- Experience managing clients, ideally experience working with high-tech clients with education technology experience a bonus
- Excellent written communication skills with an extreme attention to detail
- Experienced at managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Comfortable working as an individual contributor
- Must have excellent problem solving skills
- Experience in project management with substantial cross-functional interaction and a demonstrated ability to work successfully in a virtual global environment
- Skilled communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills in English, including both professional and casual style of communication
- Proficient with Google Workspace products preferred
