You will bridge the gap between development and operations, ensuring our platforms are scalable, resilient, and highly automated.

Key Responsibilities

  • Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Design and manage cloud infrastructure using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible to ensure repeatable and consistent environments.
  • CI/CD Orchestration: Build and optimize Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment pipelines to automate software delivery and reduce time-to-market.
  • Cloud Management: Maintain and scale high-availability environments within AWS, Azure, or GCP, ensuring optimal performance and cost-efficiency.
  • Containerization: Architect and manage containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes (EKS/GKS/AKS), including orchestration and service mesh management.
  • Monitoring & Observability: Implement comprehensive logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack) to ensure proactive system health management.
  • Security (DevSecOps): Integrate security best practices into the development pipeline, including vulnerability scanning, secrets management, and compliance auditing.
  • Site Reliability: Partner with development teams to improve system reliability, performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for production incidents and implementing preventative measures.
  • Collaboration: Communicate effectively with Backend and QA teams to streamline workflows and eliminate operational bottlenecks.
  • Innovation: Stay current with emerging technologies to drive the "Continuous Improvement" of our internal tooling and developer experience.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven experience as a DevOps, Site Reliability (SRE), or Systems Engineer.
  • Language: English proficiency is mandatory.
  • Cloud Expertise: Deep technical knowledge of at least one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Scripting & Automation: Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Go for task automation.
  • Linux Administration: Strong command of Linux/Unix systems administration and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, Load Balancing).
  • Container Orchestration: Hands-on experience managing production-grade Kubernetes clusters.
  • CI/CD Tools: Experience with automation servers and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, a "proactive" mindset, and the ability to remain calm and effective during critical system incidents.

Preferred Qualifications (Pluses)

  • Experience with Serverless architectures (AWS Lambda, Google Functions).
  • Knowledge of Database Administration (SQL/NoSQL) and data persistence strategies.
  • Experience with Network Security (Firewalls, VPNs, VPC peering).
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, CKA/CKAD).
