As an Associate Strategy Director at Monks, you will play a vital role in developing and executing innovative strategies for our clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that insights and data drive creative solutions that address client objectives and enhance brand performance. Your strategic thinking and leadership skills will help shape impactful campaigns while mentoring other strategists.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating comprehensive marketing and communication strategies that align with client goals and drive measurable results.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business challenges, providing strategic recommendations and actionable insights.
  • Partner with creative, media, data and production teams to ensure strategies are effectively integrated and executed across all channels.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis and gather insights to inform strategic recommendations, staying updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines are met and deliverables align with client expectations.
  • Provide guidance and support to strategists and CMs, fostering their development and promoting a collaborative team environment.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of strategies using key performance indicators (KPIs), making data-driven adjustments as necessary.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in strategy, marketing, or consulting, preferably within an agency setting.
  • Strong track record in developing successful and innovative strategies for a variety of clients and industries.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in interpreting data and translating insights into actionable strategies.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to leverage AI tools and methodologies to optimize strategic workflows, enhance data analysis, and drive innovative creative solutions.
