As a Project Manager at Monks, you will be integral to the successful delivery of creative projects for our diverse range of clients. You will oversee the planning, execution, and tracking of projects, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all objectives are met on time and within budget. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will be essential in maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project plans that outline timelines, budgets, resources, and key deliverables.
- Manage the execution of multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, providing regular updates and addressing any issues that may arise.
- Work closely with creative, production, and strategy teams to facilitate smooth project execution and ensure alignment with client goals.
- Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure efficient allocation of resources to meet financial targets.
- Evaluate project performance, utilizing metrics to assess outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
- Proactively identify risks and challenges, developing effective solutions to keep projects on track.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in project management, preferably in a marketing, advertising, or digital agency environment.
- Strong organizational abilities with a proven track record of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adjusting to changing client needs and priorities.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com) and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) is a plus.
