Position Overview

As a Salesforce Architect, you will be the technical cornerstone of our client engagements. You are responsible for translating complex business requirements into scalable, high-performing technical solutions. While this role focuses on individual project excellence rather than practice-wide governance, you will act as the primary technical authority on key accounts, ensuring that our deliveries are robust, integrated, and aligned with Salesforce best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Solution Design & Delivery: Lead the architectural design for multi-cloud Salesforce implementations. Create comprehensive technical blueprints, data models, and integration patterns that address specific client business needs.
  • Technical Discovery & Scoping: Lead discovery workshops with stakeholders to unearth requirements. Support the sales team by providing technical validation and accurate effort estimations for proposed solutions.
  • Hands-on Governance: Ensure the technical integrity of the project by performing code reviews, validating configurations, and ensuring development teams adhere to established architectural standards.
  • Integration & Security: Design secure, seamless integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems. Define the identity management, authentication, and data privacy strategies for each engagement.
  • Mentorship & Best Practices: Provide day-to-day technical guidance to developers and consultants. Contribute to the internal library of reusable assets and frameworks to improve delivery efficiency.
  • Client Advisory: Serve as a trusted technical point of contact for clients, explaining complex technical trade-offs (e.g., "clicks vs. code") to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 6+ years of enterprise IT experience, with at least 3–4 years specifically focused on architecting and leading Salesforce implementations.
  • Relevant Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, or Platform Developer II) are highly preferred.
  • Deep understanding of the Salesforce product suite (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud, etc.) and the Lightning Platform.
  • Proficient in Apex, LWC, Flow, and Salesforce APIs. Strong understanding of relational database concepts and ETL tools.
  • Experience with various integration patterns (Real-time, Batch, Pub/Sub) and Salesforce DX / DevOps workflows.
  • You enjoy untangling complex logic and finding the most elegant, "Salesforce-native" way to solve a problem.
  • Ability to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution.
