About the Role

We are seeking a high-ownership, delivery-focused Senior Project Manager/Senior Program Manager to join our team on a Full-Time basis. This role is designed to lead the execution of complex, large-scale projects and intertwined scopes of work for our major enterprise clients.

In this role, you will completely own the delivery ecosystem across your assigned portfolio. You will focus strictly on agile execution, resource tracking, and project-level financials, collaborating seamlessly with our Client Partnership and Strategy/Technical Lead teams to ensure successful, high-quality project delivery and account stability.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Delivery & Agile Governance
    • Scope Ownership: Take complete ownership of large, intertwined, and complex scopes of work across enterprise client portfolios.
    • Agile Management: Actively manage Jira sprints, backlogs, prioritization, and project documentation. Ensure tasks are properly scoped and executed to hit delivery milestones.
    • Client Representation: Attend client stand-ups and sprint planning sessions to represent progress, proactively address issues, and remove delivery blockers.
  • Resource Management & Capacity Planning
    • Delivery Planning: Design, implement, and maintain delivery and resourcing plans outlining the specific headcount needed for project tasks.
    • Capacity Control: Manage day-to-day task allocation and capacity management across the delivery teams.
    • Run-Rate & Pacing: Closely track ongoing run-rates and identify resourcing needs or gaps early. Proactively flag to Technical Leads and Client Partners if the delivery pace is falling behind internal revenue forecasts.
  • Commercial Control & Financial Operations
    • Scope & Margin Control: Manage day-to-day project financials to tightly control margins and fiercely eliminate scope creep.
    • Financial Tracking: Serve as the primary operational owner for ongoing financial cycles, ensuring project metrics directly feed into company revenue recognition.
    • Administrative Operations: Own and execute End of Month (EOM) processing, invoicing operations, and CRM/Salesforce pipeline hygiene.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years in a project or program manager role leading operations and owning large-scale, intertwined project portfolios for major enterprise clients.
  • Mastery of agile methodologies, Jira sprint management, backlog grooming, and running efficient client sprint ceremonies.
  • High financial discipline with direct experience tracking project run-rates, tightly controlling budgets, preventing scope creep, and running End of Month (EOM) processing.
  • Proven ability to design delivery plans, manage day-to-day capacity across cross-functional teams, and flag resource gaps early.
  • Excellent communicator who can align technical delivery teams with client expectations and confidently present progress, blockers, and timelines.
  • High-ownership operator comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Adept at navigating a clear RACI structure alongside Technical Leads and Client Partners.
  • Expert-level proficiency utilizing enterprise project tracking and CRM ecosystems (specifically Jira and Salesforce).
  • Experience with MarTech or data platforms (Adobe Experience Platform, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, or similar) is highly desirable.
  • Exposure to cloud environments (GCP, AWS) or data engineering / analytics engineering concepts preferred.
  • Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or Google Cloud certification experience would be an added plus!
