About the Role

We are seeking an embedded Web Marketing Manager for a 9-month FTC. You will support the regional business websites across EMEA and other international markets for one of our biggest clients. This role will focus on maintaining a high-quality, scalable international web presence through website operations, content management, localisation support, and rollout of global initiatives.

The ideal candidate is a strong operator who can manage website updates, coordinate launches, support localisation efforts, and ensure international experiences remain aligned with global standards and business priorities. They should be comfortable working with AI tools and incorporating AI-enabled workflows into daily operations to enhance efficiency, scale impact, and accelerate execution. This role will play a critical part in scaling proven global experiences and best practices across international markets while supporting business continuity, operational efficiency, and regional needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of regional B2B web experiences, including content updates, product launches, site maintenance, and stakeholder support.
  • Maintain site health, governance, and business continuity across supported international markets.
  • Coordinate localisation efforts and help ensure international experiences remain aligned with global standards, messaging, and customer experience principles.
  • Drive rollout of proven global website improvements, experience enhancements, and customer journey improvements across international markets.
  • Partner with regional marketing teams to evaluate, prioritise, and execute web requests using scalable, repeatable solutions.
  • Help identify opportunities to standardise processes, reduce complexity, and improve operational efficiency across regional web experiences.
  • Partner with Design, Engineering, Analytics, and other stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality web experiences.

About You

The essentials:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in web marketing, digital marketing, website management, localisation, or related fields.
  • Experience managing website content and launches in a B2B environment.
  • Experience working across multiple stakeholders, markets, or regions.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills.
  • Experience managing localised or international web experiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

Not a must, but a plus:

  • Familiarity with localisation workflows, content governance, and scalable content operations, and content management systems (AEM).
  • Working knowledge of SEO best practices and emerging Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO) trends.
  • Experience with web analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or similar tools.
  • Experience with content management systems and web publishing workflows.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to balance regional business needs with global standards and priorities.
  • Comfortable leveraging AI-powered tools to improve productivity, content development, research, analysis, and operational efficiency.
  • Ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
