About the Role

At Monks, you’ll lead enterprise transformation engagements, focusing on end-to-end Digital Transformation (DX) projects. You will collaborate with a global cross-functional team to advise senior marketing executives on data and digital media solutions, including architecture, strategy, automation, and innovation. Your role involves supporting business growth, developing strategic CRO plans, and identifying entrepreneurial opportunities within Media.Monks’ expanding ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of DX-related projects, have a passion for optimisation and possess the skills and experience to drive successful initiatives.
  • Manage and grow regional and global client relationships for MarTech and broader Digital Transformation initiatives, serving as a trusted advisor.
  • Your expert insights and ideas will drive future optimisation activities, ensuring the achievement of client objectives and delivering a strong ROI.
  • Assume project management responsibilities, leading teams to deliver DX, CRO, and MarTech initiatives on time and within scope
  • Lead cross-functional teams of developers, consultants, and strategists to execute optimization efforts across various platforms
  • Work closely with internal capability leaders to deliver effective optimisation strategies for projects and clients
  • Use consulting methodologies to gather data and insights, translating them into practical recommendations and solutions
  • Prepare materials and lead or participate in client workshops and engagements to drive progress and alignment
  • Support business development by nurturing client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and crafting pitches
  • Stay updated on emerging transformation trends and proactively advise clients on new opportunities

About You

The essentials:

  • 4-5+ years of experience in a consulting role, with 2-3+ years of CRO experience (agency side) is strongly preferred.
  • Deep expertise in CRO strategies, Digital Transformation (DX) programs and MarTech implementation
  • Knowledge of analytics and DXP solutions, such as GA, Adobe Analytics, and Content Square
  • Strategic thinker with limited guidance, capable of developing actionable recommendations
  • Proven success deploying and extensive experience supporting digital marketing programs aligned with broader strategic goals
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
  • Passion for innovation and continuous learning in the digital marketing space
