About the Role
As a Python Engineer, you’ll build and optimize scalable, secure, and high-performance server-side applications that power digital transformation and marketing services. You’ll join a supportive community of developers who value curiosity, collaboration, and positivity. By writing clean code and troubleshooting complex issues, you’ll deliver robust solutions that meet client needs. Your passion for agile principles, combined with a commitment to continuous learning, will ensure successful deployments and drive innovation across diverse industries.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain server-side components, APIs, and back-end systems.
- Write clean, scalable, and efficient code to implement technical solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and integrate back-end services.
- Troubleshoot technical challenges and optimize system performance.
- Mentor junior developers and assist in architectural decision-making.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards and industry best practices.
About You
The essentials:
- 10+ years’ experience in back-end development with modern languages and frameworks.
- Strong debugging and optimization skills, ensuring reliable system performance.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration in agile settings.
- Experience mentoring or guiding junior developers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or comparable field, or equivalent expertise.
- Proficient in Python web development.
- Ability to build, deploy, and maintain interactive web applications
- Strong data manipulation and visualization capabilities
- Demonstrated interest in using emerging LLM technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to understand business context and commercial requirements
- Experience translating business needs into technical solutions
- Intuitive grasp of data relationships and their business implications
- Track record of making technically sound decisions that drive business value.
Not a must, but a plus:
- Previous work in business-facing development roles
- Experience with data analytics or business intelligence applications
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, AI integrations, or AI-assisted development tools.
