About the Role
Monks is hiring a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to support the growth of one of our tech clients within Germany. This role is part of the wider International Growth Marketing team, focusing on reaching and acquiring new customers at scale through best-in-class marketing programs.
We are looking for somebody who can develop creative and impactful programs through multiple channels to expand audience reach, shift key perceptions and increase purchase intent. Besides bringing deep expertise in demand generation, you will need to prioritise objectives, manage cross-functional relationships with marketing, operations, PMM, sales and agency partners, and leverage key insights to drive awareness and demand with our recruitment audiences.

Responsibilities:

Develop audience-first and market-led creative insights and best practices that inform campaign and creative development

Continually measure, monitor and optimise program approaches; employ industry best practices to improve effectiveness and efficiency

Partner closely with stakeholders in Growth Operations, Brand Marketing, Product Marketing, Field Marketing and Sales Development to align goals and strategies

Guide the creative production process in collaboration with agency partners, ensuring timelines and budgets are met

Manage multiple workstreams and communicate progress clearly to all stakeholders

Present campaign performance and key learnings regularly to senior marketing and sales leadership
About You
The essentials:

6+ years of marketing experience at an agency or in-house, ideally in a B2B or tech environment

Expertise in demand generation, digital marketing, and cross-functional stakeholder management

Outstanding communication and presentation skills, especially in executive settings

Strong project management and organisational skills across multiple concurrent workstreams

Experience working in matrixed, international environments
- Fluent in English and German

BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
Not a must, but a plus:

Passion for SaaS, software, or B2B tech products

Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics), marketing automation, and paid media

A hands-on, proactive mindset with strategic thinking and attention to executional detail

Experience in collaborating with creative agencies or hybrid team models
