About the Role
As a Senior Accounts Payable (AP) Analyst, you’ll oversee and streamline our global expense and vendor payment workflows, ensuring compliance and accuracy while collaborating closely with international finance teams to drive process efficiencies.
Responsibilities

Process and review employee expense reports for accuracy and compliance.

Ensure timely and proper documentation submission for corporate credit card and expense reimbursement.

Monitor expense policies and recommend continuous improvements.

Collaborate with finance and accounting teams for comprehensive expense reconciliation.

Maintain precise expense records, documentation, and updated vendor records.

Assist in internal and external audits and compliance reviews.

Provide ongoing support and training to employees on expense procedures.

Identify cost-saving opportunities and process efficiencies across financial workflows.

Assist in the review and processing of vendor invoices, ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.

Support payment runs (ACH, wires, international transfers) in a timely and secure manner.

Respond to vendor inquiries and proactively resolve payment issues or discrepancies.

Support the month-end close process by ensuring all AP transactions are recorded accurately and on time.

About You
Qualifications & Skills

5 - 6 years of hands-on Accounts Payable or general accounting experience.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.

B2+ English level proficiency for seamless collaboration with global teams.

Strong understanding of end-to-end AP processes and financial compliance.

Experience with ERP systems, with a strong preference for NetSuite.

High attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
