About the Role
As a Senior Business Process Analyst, you’ll serve as a subject matter expert on high-impact internal projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to solve complex process challenges and drive operational improvements. You’ll engage with stakeholders across engineering, finance, and business analysis to design and implement efficient processes that support our evolving business needs. This is a 6-month contract initially.
Responsibilities
- Address large-scale challenges in internal projects by analyzing, defining, and designing scalable business processes.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, finance and accounting stakeholders, and technical business analysts to ensure seamless process integration.
- Develop strong relationships with project stakeholders to understand business ecosystems and the potential impact of new processes.
- Navigate ambiguity to comprehend and address new business domains and challenges.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and tools relevant to business process improvement.
- Proactively contribute ideas and feedback to continuously enhance process effectiveness.
- Manage day-to-day execution of assigned project initiatives, ensuring alignment with project timelines and objectives.

About You
Qualifications & Skills
- 3–5 years of relevant accounting or finance experience
- Robust reporting capabilities using various tools and technologies
- Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to adhere to timelines and deliverables
- Proficiency in defining, mapping, and documenting business processes and workflows—particularly for finance teams
- Self-directed and organized, with the ability to lead and coordinate the work of others while meeting deadlines
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Nice to have:
- Experience with NetSuite
- ERP implementation background
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT) experience
