Purpose of the position:
We are looking for a Social Data Analyst to join our team. Able to apply a combination of technical skills, analytical thinking, working together with the creative, content and brand team, proactively identify best practices and opportunity areas for our clients' communication and content platforms, and formulate analysis, learning and recommendations based on an excellent mastery of data.
Role
- Process, analyze and understand conversations in digital channels to identify key insights or brand opportunities.
- Analyze owned channels analytics to identify key insights or brand opportunities.
- Understanding and mastering of digital metrics.
- Analysis of digital and social platforms
- Conduct test and learn programs on owned channels and campaigns
- Experience in monitoring digital and social crises.
- Presentation, communication and research skills.
- Write campaigns performance reports and making recommendations
Always on
- Monitor daily conversation related to the brands to detect communication opportunities or potential crises.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports of both content performance analyzed always from the perspective of the content strategy and social listening.
- Collaborate in brainstorming sessions with content and creative teams to optimize the platform in terms of content, messages, form

- Qualitative and quantitative improvement of the projects under her/his responsibility
- Collaborative work and integration with data, planning, and creative teams.
Requirements
- Experience in a similar role in a digital, communications, research or content agency.
- Strategic thinking focused on results.
- Listening skills, argumentation and power of conviction.
- Fast learning ability.
- Proactivity.
- Communication and public presentation skills.
- Upper Intermediate English - You feel comfortable enough communicating in English (both spoken & written).
- Experience with data visualization tools is a plus
