At Monks BA we’re looking for a Creative with a hands-on mindset and strong executional skills to join a fast-paced team working for a major banking client.

We’re looking for someone organized, team-oriented and execution-focused, with strong digital knowledge and the ability to craft high volumes of social and digital content with agility and attention to detail. This is a role for someone who enjoys executing more than conceptualizing, and who feels comfortable working with structured briefs and high delivery volume.

You’ll be working in synergy with design, animation, and media teams to bring campaigns to life, executing deliverables based on clearly defined briefs.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Write and adapt digital and social assets (especially banners, posts, and campaign pieces) in high volume.
  • Translate briefs into clear, effective deliverables with speed and precision.
  • Collaborate daily with designers, animators and media specialists, ensuring consistency across executions.
  • Maintain consistency in tone, messaging and brand guidelines.
  • Respond constructively to feedback and adapt copy as needed.

 

What we’re looking for:

  • 3–6 years of experience in creative or copywriting roles for digital campaigns.
  • Background working with commercial or performance-driven brands (e.g., retail, banks, telcos, etc.).
  • Solid knowledge of digital formats, especially banners and social media.
  • Strong team player, comfortable in collaborative workflows.
  • High tolerance to feedback, adaptability, and emotional resilience.
  • Clear communicator who knows when to ask questions and when to take the lead.
  • English is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Experience executing creative work for banks or traditional clients is a plus.
