What are we looking for?

We are looking for a semi-senior analytics consultant for the data consulting area. The semi-senior analytics consultant will perform the following tasks:

Collect data from the client's digital assets and convert that raw data into useful information that helps companies make decisions, identify trends, and solve problems through data.

Create, improve, and optimize reports that help the team understand project performance.

Analyze complex data sets in depth to identify trends, flag issues, and gather insights.

Provide insights and analytical support to cross-functional teams.

Maintain various data products and create visualization tools, dashboards, reports, and spreadsheets.

Proactively identify data-related issues and collaborate with stakeholders to find solutions.

Find opportunities for customers within data analysis.

Work with multiple data platforms on a daily basis.

Assist in improving processes within the data team.

It is a position in which you will approach the world of digital analytics, programming, digital marketing tools, A /B testing, UX (user experience), data visualization on dashboards, the problems of advanced analytics (or data science) and data architecture in cloud environments.

 

Requirements

  • Any degree, experience, or training related to data analysis.
  • Experience with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio).
  • Experience with SQL.
  • Desire to learn, grow, and collaborate in a fun and responsible environment.
  • Experience with Google Analytics is a plus.
  • Knowledge of or experience with data science tools (R, Python) is a plus.
  • Entrepreneurial person with time management skills and great attention to detail.
  • Ability to think strategically, execute effectively, and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze and solve complex problems using data.

Desirable experience (not exclusive)

  • Experience or courses related to GCP (Google Cloud Platform) or any other platform will be valued positively.
  • Knowledge of or experience with digital marketing tools (Ads, Display, Facebook Ads) will be valued.
  • Experience in managing projects, or teams will be valued.
  • The ability to find explanations and answers to problems you encounter for the first time will be valued.
