About You

The essentials:

  • Commercial experience: Solid experience (typically 5+ years) working directly with Market Mix Modelling (MMM) and marketing analytics.
  • Communication skills: An ability to explain complex econometric and modelling concepts in a clear, simple, and jargon-free manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • People leadership: Proven experience managing or mentoring junior team members and guiding their career growth.
  • Educational background: A strong academic foundation with a degree in Econometrics, Economics, Mathematics (with an econometrics focus), or a related quantitative field.
  • Mindset: An entrepreneurial attitude with the drive to look for new business opportunities, improve processes, and help scale a growing team.
  • Technical tools: Hands-on experience or familiarity with R, Python, or similar statistical programming packages.
