As an Audio Visual Developer at Monks, you will be responsible for creating engaging audio and visual content that brings our clients' projects to life. You will work collaboratively with creative teams to produce high-quality multimedia assets for digital campaigns, ensuring that all content aligns with brand objectives and enhances overall storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and produce audio and visual content, including videos, animations, sound and design for various platforms.
• Utilize industry-standard software and tools to ensure high-quality production, focusing on both sound and visual elements.
•  Work closely with designers, copywriters, and other team members to translate creative content into dynamic audio-visual experiences.
• Assist in managing project timelines and workflows to ensure timely delivery of multimedia content while adhering to specifications.
• Review and evaluate audio and visual outputs, ensuring they meet Media Monks' standards for quality and creativity.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in audio-visual technology and trends to inform your work and enhance production techniques.
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends, formats and creators.
• Support client meetings by presenting ideas and receiving feedback, ensuring that content aligns with client needs and expectations.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in audio-visual development or production with a solid portfolio showcasing your skills in video editing, sound and animation design.
• Proficiency in software such as Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Audition) and familiarity with other audio-visual production tools.
• Advanced level of english.
• Work efficiently and have the ability to respond quickly, as well as strong skills for working in a team, but also independently.
• Ability to think creatively and generate original ideas that resonate with audiences and trends.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of collaborating effectively with team members and clients.
• Keen attention to detail, ensuring all content is polished and professional.
