The Senior Manager is a client-facing digital investment lead responsible for managing day-to-day media strategy and execution across a portfolio of clients. • Manage in-flight pacing, budget management, optimization, and performance across assigned campaigns, proactively identifying risks and opportunities and recommending appropriate actions.
  • Troubleshoot trafficking, creative, publisher, platform, and measurement issues, coordinating with internal teams and third-party vendors and escalating more complex issues when appropriate.
  • Create and oversee performance reporting and analysis, providing data-driven insights and recommendations that support campaign optimization and client KPIs.
  • Measure campaign impact and effectiveness using relevant quantitative and qualitative metrics and translate results into clear insights and recommendations for clients and internal teams.
  • Present campaign recaps, performance insights, and strategic recommendations to account leads, strategic planners, and clients, with increasing ownership of client-facing conversations.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in digital investment execution across programmatic platforms and digital media channels, helping the team apply best practices.
  • Build and maintain relationships with publishers, media vendors, data partners, and platform representatives, supporting effective execution and identifying opportunities for client performance.
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and quality oversight to Account Managers and other digital investment team members, helping strengthen technical skills, campaign execution, and problem-solving.

About You

The essentials:

  • 3–5 years of experience in digital media, with at least 2 years of hands-on programmatic media buying and/or digital investment experience, preferably agency-side.
  • Experience working with at least one major DSP, such as DV360, The Trade Desk and Amazon DSP with a strong understanding of campaign setup and optimization.
  • Experience presenting digital media performance, insights, and strategy in a client-facing setting.
  • Experience managing publisher, media vendor, data vendor, and/or platform partnerships directly, including communication, execution, and issue resolution.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
