About the Role

As a Senior Director, Digital Strategy, you will lead one of Performance.Monks’ largest and most complex B2B client engagements, shaping global, full-funnel paid media strategies that drive pipeline impact, revenue outcomes, and long-term brand growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in deep, strategic partnerships with enterprise B2B organizations and enjoys operating at the intersection of brand, demand, and sales enablement.

You will serve as the primary strategy lead for a flagship global B2B account, owning end to end media strategy, execution oversight, and cross-functional coordination across marketing, sales, and regional stakeholders. Your focus will be on connecting brand investment to demand generation through ABM, intent data, and CRM-driven measurement, ensuring media drives measurable business value across markets.

We’re looking for a senior B2B strategist who brings media leadership, commercial rigor, and executive presence to a fast-paced, outcome-driven agency environment. You’ll guide client growth at scale, influence GTM strategy, and help evolve how Performance.Monks delivers integrated media solutions for complex, multi-region B2B organizations.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the day-to-day strategic lead for a single global enterprise B2B account with ~$3M/month in paid media investment
  • Own client strategy, growth roadmap, and long-term partnership development with a focus on pipeline creation, acceleration, and revenue contribution
  • Architect and evolve integrated, global media plans across paid search, LinkedIn, programmatic, YouTube, ABM, and emerging performance channels to support brand-to-demand objectives
  • Translate business, sales, and GTM priorities into paid media strategies aligned to buying stages, personas, account tiers, and regional market dynamics
  • Lead annual planning, forecasting, and budget allocation across regions and funnel stages, ensuring strategic consistency with local flexibility
  • Guide performance reporting and optimization with a focus on lead quality, account engagement, opportunity influence, and revenue impact
  • Partner closely with data, analytics, and CRM teams to activate and optimize against back-end signals (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, intent platforms, ABM tools)
  • Identify opportunities for innovation across channel mix, audience strategy, creative testing frameworks, and emerging platforms to improve relevance and scale
  • Act as a senior strategic partner to client marketing and sales leadership, ensuring tight alignment between media strategy, messaging, and GTM motions
  • Mentor and guide internal team members, setting a high bar for strategic thinking, execution excellence, and client leadership

About You

The essentials:

  • 7+ years of digital marketing experience with deep expertise in B2B performance and full-funnel strategy
  • Proven success leading large-scale, global B2B media programs, ideally for enterprise organizations
  • Strong command of brand-to-demand strategy, including account-based marketing and multi-stakeholder buying journeys
  • Experience translating CRM, sales, and account level data into actionable media insights and optimization decisions
  • Advanced understanding of media forecasting, budget allocation, and measurement frameworks (e.g., multi-touch attribution, MMM, incrementality, and experimentation)
  • Comfortable presenting strategic POVs, performance insights, and executive-level recommendations to CMOs, VPs of Marketing, and revenue leaders
  • Collaborative, confident leader who thrives in cross-functional and multi-region environments
  • Strategic and commercially minded – you balance long-term growth strategy with operational rigor and day-to-day optimization
  • Known for driving clarity, innovation, and impact within complex B2B ecosystems
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
