본 포지션은 주요 엔터프라이즈 고객사의 전략적 파트너로서 데이터 전략 수립부터 애널리틱스 프레임워크 구축, 태깅(Tagging) 관리, Ad-hoc 리포팅까지 데이터 이니셔티브 전반을 총괄합니다. Google Analytics, GTM, GMP 생태계에 대한 깊은 이해를 바탕으로 데이터 수집 체계 설계부터 인사이트 도출까지, 데이터 기반의 실질적인 비즈니스 가치를 창출하는 역할을 수행합니다.
APAC 데이터 팀의 핵심 멤버로서 프로젝트 혁신을 이끌고, 데이터 분야의 전문성을 확장하며 함께 성장해 나갈 리더형 인재의 도전을 기다립니다.
어떤 업무를 담당하나요?
- Google Analytics 및 Google Tag Manager 기반의 전문 지식을 바탕으로 정기 리포트 발행, 태깅·애널리틱스 프레임워크 관리, 데이터 분석 및 인사이트 도출 수행
- 글로벌 대형 브랜드의 비즈니스 성과를 정량적으로 측정하고 개선하기 위한 데이터 및 애널리틱스 전략 수립
- 데이터·마케팅 애널리틱스 전문성을 활용한 고객사 데이터 전문 컨설턴트 역할 수행 및 팀 내 지식 자산화·역량 강화 기여
- 엔터프라이즈 고객사와의 파트너십 관리 및 프로젝트 전반 매니지먼트 수행
- 온라인 데이터 측정의 중요성에 대한 고객 이해도 제고 및 데이터 전략 수립부터 기술 구현(Implementation)까지의 모범 사례(Best Practice) 가이드 제시
- 신규 시장 진출 이니셔티브 및 솔루션 도입을 통한 데이터 팀의 전문 영역과 서비스 범위 확장 기여
- 데이터 분석·인사이트 도출 및 대화형 AI/NLP 기반의 PoC 수준 AI 툴 기획·개발 및 에이전트(Agent) 구조 연동·확장
어떤 경력과 역량이 필요한가요?
- Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager 및 Google Marketing Platform의 다양한 솔루션에 대한 깊은 지식과 활용 경험이 있으신 분
- Google Analytics 활용 고객사 대면(Client-facing) 경력 최소 2년 이상 (디지털 마케팅 컨설팅사, 대행사, 인하우스 마케터 경력 우대)
- 데이터, AdTech, MarTech 산업 생태계에 대한 이해도가 높으신 분
- Adobe Analytics, Optimizely, AB Tasty 등 다양한 디지털 애널리틱스 도구의 구현 및 데이터 활용 경험이 있으신 분
- 데이터 기반의 통찰력뿐만 아니라 끊임없이 배움을 탐구하고, 스스로 목표를 설정해 적극적으로 추진하는 분
- 프로젝트 및 고객사 리딩/매니징 경험이 있으신 분
- 다양한 부서와의 커뮤니케이션을 즐기고 협업 능력이 뛰어나신 분
