About the Role

As a Scrum Master / Senior Technical Project Manager, you’ll facilitate and strengthen Agile delivery across one or more cross-functional technology teams—guiding planning and execution, removing blockers, and enabling predictable, high-quality outcomes. You’ll partner closely with Engineering, Product, UX, and business stakeholders to drive alignment, improve team flow, and ensure initiatives move from kickoff through launch with transparency and operational rigor.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology projects from initiation through execution and final launch
• Drive operational planning, including scope definition, timelines, budgets, resourcing considerations, and dependency mapping across concurrent workstreams
• Identify and mitigate risks proactively by surfacing gaps early and driving mitigation plans with minimal supervision
• Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and UX to ensure alignment, clarity of requirements, and high delivery quality
• Communicate effectively with executives, including status reporting, decision support, and timely escalation of risks and blockers
• Support Agile/SDLC best practices to enable efficient digital product development cycles and healthy team delivery routines
• Use metrics and reporting to track progress, improve forecasting, and continuously improve delivery effectiveness
• Leverage delivery tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, MS Project) to maintain transparency, accountability, and project documentation
• Other duties as assigned

About You

Qualifications & Skills

• Extensive experience leading complex, cross-functional technology projects from initiation to delivery
• Strong technical understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and digital product development
• Highly autonomous and proactive, with a demonstrated ability to anticipate needs and drive solutions independently
• Proven ability to manage scope, budgets, and complex dependencies across multiple workstreams
• Exceptional stakeholder management, including influencing decision-makers and executive-level partners
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Hands-on tooling expertise with project management platforms (Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, and/or similar)
