Monks is on the lookout for Content Managers with a strong editorial mindset, social platform fluency, and production sensibility to join our Talent Pool. If you’re skilled in developing communication strategies, creating and structuring content calendars, and working across teams to deliver engaging digital content—this is your chance to be considered for upcoming roles.

Joining our Talent Pool means you’ll be among the first considered when a new opportunity arises within our global network.

Role Overview

As a Content Manager at Monks, you’ll lead the planning and creation of social content strategies—crafting calendars, shaping messages, and translating insights into engaging narratives. You’ll collaborate across creative, data, and production teams, working closely with clients and owning the full content process from ideation to delivery.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and organize meetings with creative teams to develop content ideas, campaign strategies, and digital productions.

  • Work hand-in-hand with cross-functional teams (creative, data, global ops) to structure proposals based on insights and trends.

  • Create, present, and manage publication calendars and content deliverables—both internally and for client reviews.

  • Take full ownership of editorial writing, including social media copy, digital video scripts, and brand presentations.

  • Monitor and analyze brand conversations and competitor activity to spark content ideas and reactive campaigns.

  • Manage client feedback and revision cycles, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy.

  • Adapt copy in multiple formats, establishing the brand's voice and tone across various channels.

  • Conduct post-campaign performance analysis to uncover insights that inform future content strategies.

  • Stay on top of digital and social trends to fuel real-time, relevant content development.

  • Collaborate in a fast-paced, global environment, supporting multiple stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong experience in content and editorial planning, ideally in agency or digital environments.

  • Proven ability to develop and manage content calendars.

  • Excellent writing skills with the flexibility to adapt tone, format, and platform.

  • Solid understanding of social platforms, audience behavior, and content performance.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.

  • A proactive and flexible mindset, comfortable working across teams and timelines.

  • A strong sense of accountability and ownership in client-facing scenarios.

  • Experience working in dynamic, global, and multicultural teams is a plus.

Why Join the Talent Pool?

By being part of the Monks Talent Pool, you’ll stay connected to a growing, diverse, and fast-paced creative environment. We’re always looking for the next Content Manager who can help shape compelling brand narratives and bring innovative thinking to our digital work.
