Key Responsibilities
Develop the Creative executions: Participate actively in the ideation to production, ensuring the alignment of the Brand Guidelines and pixel-perfect deliverables.
Quality Assurance: Critically evaluate major projects, maintaining design excellence and brand guidelines application
Effective Presentation: Confidently present work to clients alongside Creative Directors, articulating creative visions and enhancing brand messages.
Hands-on Collaboration: Work seamlessly with cross-functional teams to advance projects and identify areas for enhancement.
Design: Lead the architectural and visual design system development of campaigns, design projects and experiential activations
Innovation and Creativity: Set new workflows, ensuring all work remains aligned, easy to use, and scalable.
Adaptability to Deadlines: Thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment, prioritizing tasks while maintaining professionalism and details.

Qualifications
Design Experience: 5+ years in design and branding within advertising and marketing with deep knowledge in print and digital.
Resilience Under Pressure: Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and meet stringent deadlines consistently.
Collaborative Design: Work effectively with creative leads and copywriters to achieve brand-aligned, high quality designs.
Professional Presentation: Present work effectively with well-reasoned rationale, especially to senior leaders and clients.
Critical Thinker: Leverage creative and analytical skills to assess ideas from a arquitectural lens.
Brand Consistency: Experience in crafting brand style guides for cohesive touchpoints and the creation of toolkits for design systems.
Strategic Discussion: Contribute positively and constructively to discussions from conception through production to final deliverable.
Industry Experience: Background in automotive or production industries preferred.
Digital Portfolio: A modern, digital-centric portfolio demonstrating excellence across formats (digital, video, social, etc.).
