ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead key retail programs and productions for a global automotive brand. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, driving work forward and motivating teams through close collaboration with account, creative, and production teams. You’re highly organized, resourceful, and experienced in developing project roadmaps, improving internal processes, and implementing tools to streamline production.

Success in this role requires strong problem-solving skills, the ability to manage multiple deliverables at various stages, and familiarity with agency workflows and global collaboration. Experience in broadcast, automotive, or retail production is preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive the delivery of broadcast assets for a national automotive retail program, liaising between account, creative and production teams to deliver large quantities of assets on time & within budget.
  • Manage a complex portfolio of tools and technology, external and internal facing, across a global organization
  • Create & manage project timelines and staffing plans, ensuring the appropriate resources are in place for each project
  • Ensure quality control and review deliverables prepared by team
  • Understand and implement production & content creation workflows that incorporate AI solutions 
  • Create strategies for overall risk mitigation and contingency planning
  • Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately 
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement to increase revenue, decrease cost, and improve operating efficiency and scalability
  • Along with QA, lead testing efforts and drive the remediation of defects encountered
  • Educate and socialize the ways of working and processes
  • Facilitate conversations with producers & account team members.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • 5 - 10 years of agency or post production experience; broadcast, retail and/or automotive experience preferred.
  • Be a team player, willing to jump in where needed and work alongside other project managers. 
  • Superior project timeline development, flexibility and management skills  
  • Ability to work in a high pressure and condensed timing environment; while remaining flexible to changing working requirements and conditions.
  • A production guru able to foresee issues before they arise 
  • Seasoned at managing multiple deliverables and projects simultaneously with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • A sense of humor, outgoing, articulate, well-informed, intelligent, confident, and possessing common sense
  • Excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills
  • Must be extremely organized, detail-oriented, and capable of self-managing and multitasking in a fast-paced, demanding environment
  • Able to quickly understand new technology concepts – Monday.com, Figma and Frame.IO experience a plus. 
  • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and ever changing work requirements
  • Flexibility, initiative, dedication and the ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Availability to occasionally work non-standard hours pending project timeline requirements.
