Mission: Ensure operational excellence and data integrity in "hands-on-keyboard" activation.
- Technical Skills:
- Deep understanding of account, campaign, and targeting object hierarchy.
- Current certifications in Google Ads (Video/Display) and Meta Blueprint.
- Ability to implement pixels and conversion events geared toward Start Applications.
- Platform Proficiency:
- Advanced operational execution in Meta (Ads Manager), TikTok Ads, YouTube, DV360, Google Ads, and Demand Gen.
- Management of Campaign Manager for trafficking and tagging.
- Responsibilities:
- Complete campaign configuration (builds) following the Media Plan.
- Upload and assignment of creatives respecting the SLA.
- Error-free implementation of tracking tags and UTMs.
- Operations:
- Daily update of Actual Spend in the master budget (EOM Actuals).
- Strict adherence to the internal QA (Quality Assurance) process before "Go Live".
- Data Analysis & Insights:
- Monitoring daily Pacing to prevent under-execution in Awareness campaigns.
- Identification of initial performance findings and delivery anomalies.
- Problem Solving:
- Resolution of ad rejections due to policies and technical tagging problem-solving with minimal guidance.
- Organization & Execution:
- Timely update of data for the Weekly Status Deck.
- Advisory Skills & AI:
- AI Promoter: Use of AI to automate nomenclature and performance summaries.
- Active curiosity about platform updates.
