About the Role

As a Technical Project Manager, you’ll lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of a multi-team program migrating high-visibility Tech Specs and Compare web experiences to a modern UI design system and a headless CMS platform—ensuring pixel-perfect, data-driven, accessible experiences ship on time across new product introductions (NPI) and sustaining cycles.

Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain the end-to-end multi-quarter delivery plan for migrating Tech Specs and Compare pages to a new UI design system and headless CMS platform
  • Define milestones, releases, success criteria, and acceptance standards at the component, template, and page level
  • Drive execution across design, front-end engineering, QA, and content operations to meet timeline and quality expectations
  • Manage scope, prioritization, sequencing, dependencies, and risk across multiple workstreams and repositories
  • Lead project kickoffs, discovery sessions, and production handoffs with clear inputs/outputs, owners, and timelines
  • Coordinate delivery of shared components/sections, platform integrations, and new capabilities aligned to roadmap needs
  • Serve as the operational liaison across producers/design, front-end engineering/QA, and CMS/content stakeholders
  • Clarify requirements, constraints, and handoffs for components, schemas, and page templates; escalate and resolve blockers as needed
  • Partner with QA to plan and run test cycles, defect triage, sign-off criteria, and release readiness reviews
  • Ensure deliveries meet standards for visual fidelity, accessibility (a11y), analytics, SEO, and CMS structure
  • Define, document, and help implement workflows moving from static builds to editor-driven, CMS-based publishing (including onboarding/training support)
  • Maintain clear program documentation (status reports, decision logs, risk/RAID logs) and present updates to stakeholders and leadership
  • Other duties as assigned

About You

Qualifications & Skills

  • 6+ years of experience in technical project/program management for web, front-end, or platform initiatives
  • Proven track record leading cross-functional delivery across design, engineering, QA, and content teams in a multi-team environment
  • Strong understanding of modern front-end delivery practices (design systems, component-based development, multi-repo coordination)
  • Experience working with CMS and content operations, ideally headless CMS and editor-based publishing workflows
  • Proficiency in delivery management fundamentals: roadmap planning, dependency management, scope control, prioritization, and risk/RAID management
  • Ability to run effective ceremonies (kickoffs, discovery, handoffs, status reviews) with crisp documentation and clear ownership
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-ready status reporting and decision facilitation
  • High standards for quality, including accessibility, SEO, analytics instrumentation, and release readiness
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, driving alignment, and balancing trade-offs between scope, schedule, and quality
