About the Role

As an Account Manager, you will sit at the center of campaign delivery — leading timelines, budgets, and execution across integrated campaigns while serving as a key partner to both clients and internal teams.

This role is best suited for someone who is already operating at the Account Manager level and can independently drive end-to-end campaign production and delivery across creative, media, and cross-functional teams.

You will play a critical role in ensuring work is delivered on time, on brief, and at a high standard, while proactively navigating challenges and aligning stakeholders along the way.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Own and drive end-to-end campaign production and delivery across channels (digital, social, OOH, broadcast, etc.)

  • Translate client objectives into clear briefs and actionable direction for creative, media, and production teams

  • Manage project timelines, budgets, scopes, and workflows, ensuring high-quality delivery

  • Act as a primary day-to-day client contact, leading status updates, managing expectations, and navigating challenges

  • Coordinate across cross-functional teams (creative, production, media, strategy) to ensure alignment and momentum

  • Proactively identify risks, scope changes, or timeline impacts and drive solutions

  • Oversee creative asset development, including briefing, revisions, QA, and final delivery

  • Ensure internal teams are informed and aligned on priorities, timelines, and deliverables

  • Deliver clear and concise campaign performance updates and data-driven insights to clients

  • Support a fast-paced, high-volume environment with multiple concurrent campaigns

 

About You

  • 4–6 years of experience in an agency environment, with demonstrated ownership of integrated campaign delivery

  • Currently operating as an Account Manager or equivalent, not stepping into the role for the first time

  • Strong experience managing campaign production and creative asset delivery across multiple channels

  • Proven ability to manage timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment

  • Comfortable acting as a client-facing lead, with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently

  • Experience navigating scope changes, production challenges, and competing priorities

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Familiarity with project management tools (JIRA, Monday.com, Google Workspace, etc.)

 

Nice to Have

  • Experience working on CPG / consumer brands

  • Experience working across high-volume, asset-heavy campaign

Monks has provided a compensation range that represents its good faith estimate of what Monks may pay for the position at the time of posting. Monks may ultimately pay more or less than the posted compensation range. The salary offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on job-related factors, but not based on a candidate’s sex or any other protected status.

Salary Range$65,000—$75,000 CAD
