We’re looking for a Digital Account Manager who can build strong client partnerships, drive impactful digital work, and lead projects from pitch to execution.

In this role, you will work closely with clients and internal teams to understand business needs, solve challenges, and deliver high-quality, integrated digital solutions.

What you’ll do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of digital projects, from briefing to execution
• Build and grow long-term client relationships, identifying opportunities to expand accounts
• Act as the key point of contact for clients, with a deep understanding of their business and industry landscape
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across strategy, production, and operations
• Drive responses to briefs and RFPs, shaping solutions with internal teams
• Manage project scope, timelines, and budgets to ensure seamless delivery
• Support sales efforts and contribute to business growth
• Coordinate across global teams to deliver integrated work
• Track and report on project performance, including sales and forecasts

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years of experience in account management within digital, advertising, or related fields
• Proven ability to grow client accounts and manage senior stakeholder relationships
• Strong understanding of the digital ecosystem and integrated marketing
• Experience managing diverse projects including digital, film, and experiential
• Excellent communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work across teams, geographies, and time zones
• Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving skills
• Hands-on mindset with the ability to both execute and lead
• Experience working with large or global clients is a plus
• MBA or postgraduate degree in Marketing preferred
