THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Event Executive to support the planning and execution of marketing events across APAC. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on event experience who thrives in fast-paced environments and is looking to grow into a regional event management role. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality events, supporting both owned and partner events, while working closely with internal teams and external partners.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Event Execution & Logistics
- Support end-to-end planning and execution of events across APAC
- Coordinate vendors, venues, and production partners
- Manage logistics including production, shipping, and on-site setup
- Prepare detailed run-of-show and ensure smooth on-site delivery
- Troubleshoot and problem-solve during live events
2) Event Coordination & Stakeholder Management
- Act as a key point of contact for event organizers and partners
- Coordinate with internal teams
- Support speaker logistics including scheduling, briefing, and materials
- Ensure alignment across all stakeholders leading up to events
3) Post-Event Reporting & Follow-up
- Consolidate event outcomes including attendance and leads
- Support post-event reporting and internal recaps
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper follow-up on leads
- Assist in repurposing event content for marketing and communications
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3–5 years of experience in event management, marketing, or agency environments
- Proven experience supporting or executing events (conferences, brand activations, or corporate events)
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- Experience in an agency or experiential marketing environment
- Exposure to regional (APAC) events
- Basic understanding of marketing, branding, or content production
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (PR, social, content)
- Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and Adobe Photoshop is a plus
